How far in advance should I book?
We suggest booking 1 week in advance but may be able to get unbooked or last minute cancelled seats.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or non-drinkers?
Yes. Let us know about dietary needs (gluten-free, vegetarian, nut allergies.) and we’ll coordinate with our partners. For non-drinkers we can usually offer mocktails or alcohol free wine options where available.
What is your cancellation policy?
Because we reserve buses and winery slots in advance, we require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date for large parties. Depending on severe weather restrictions, we may be able to offer credits or rescheduling options. The exact terms will be clearly presented before you pay.
